CEO says RDIF may buy minority stakes in Medsi, Segezha, Steppe
DAVOS, Jan 25 (PRIME) -- The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) may acquire minority stakes in multi-industry holding Sistema’s healthcare company Medsi, pulp and paper holding Segezha Group and agricultural holding Steppe, RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev told PRIME on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos on Friday.
“We are interested in all the businesses that you have mentioned… This may envisage entering their share capital… Minority stakes,” he said.
